Our commitment
We build commerce systems for operators who rely on them every day, and we hold our own site to the same standard. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we build against
Every interactive element on this site is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator. We use semantic HTML landmarks and a logical heading order so screen readers can navigate the page structure predictably.
Animation and motion respect your operating system "reduce motion" preference. Text is sized in relative units so it scales with your browser settings, and we test layouts down to 360px wide.
Known limitations
Some embedded third-party content, such as scheduling widgets and analytics tooling, is outside our direct control. Where a third-party component creates a barrier, we look for an accessible alternative or provide another way to complete the task.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter something on this site that you cannot access or use, we want to hear about it. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, and we will respond and work toward a fix.
