hubspot_partner
The HubSpot partner that speaks Shopify
We are a HubSpot Solutions Partner that works exclusively with e-commerce brands. That means the CRM gets wired to the store, the help desk answers from real orders, and revenue reporting reconciles with Shopify instead of arguing with it.

One platform, four jobs we do on it
HubSpot is our customer layer the way Shopify is our commerce layer. These are the four things we are usually hired to do with it, each scoped and priced on its own.

Reviews and reputation management runs on the same portal: it is scoped with the help desk because the review request should fire when the ticket closes.
symptoms
The problem
“Our CRM and our store disagree about revenue.”
HubSpot says one number, Shopify says another, and finance trusts neither. The sync between them was an afterthought, so every report starts with an argument.
“We bought HubSpot and use a tenth of it.”
The portal was set up by a generalist who had never seen an e-commerce back office. Deals mirror orders nobody updates, and the team lives in spreadsheets anyway.
“Salesforce costs more than it returns.”
The license renewal is coming, the admin who understood the customizations left, and moving feels riskier than overpaying. It is not, if the history migrates properly.
deliverables
What we do with HubSpot
Implementation, not license reselling. Every engagement is scoped around the store the portal has to serve.
Service Hub help desk
The support build that powers our customer success offering: shared inbox, SLAs, skill-based routing, and calling with recording, transcription, and AI summaries.
Breeze AI agents
Customer and internal agents that train on the replies your team has already sent, seeded from your own site and help content, grounded in live order data.
Two-way Shopify sync
Customers, orders, and product data flowing both directions with explicit field mapping and conflict rules, extended to the ERP when one is in the picture.
Salesforce and legacy migrations
Mapped migrations with a sandbox dry run before cutover, so accounts, activity history, and attachments arrive intact and validated.
Revenue reporting that reconciles
Dashboards where HubSpot revenue and Shopify revenue agree, because the properties feeding them are synced rather than retyped.
Portal rescue and cleanup
Deduplication, property consolidation, and workflow untangling for portals that grew without an owner. Cheaper than starting over, and we will say when it is not.

HubSpot Implementation for E-Commerce FAQs
Which HubSpot tier do we need?
For a help desk, Service Hub Starter covers a shared inbox, tickets, and basic routing, which is enough for many Shopify brands. Professional is what you need for SLA policies, meaningful automation, and customer surveys, and it is also the tier where the AI agents become useful. We size this during scoping rather than guessing, because buying the wrong tier is an expensive twelve-month commitment and overbuying is just as common as underbuying.
Is the native Shopify integration enough?
Sometimes. The native integration handles contacts, orders, and basic abandoned cart data well, and if that is all you need then you should use it and save the money. Custom sync work becomes necessary when you need ERP data in the same view, non-standard objects, B2B company hierarchies, or field-level control over conflict resolution. We start by testing whether native covers your case, because the cheapest integration is the one you do not have to maintain.
Can you migrate us off Salesforce without losing history?
Yes. Accounts, contacts, opportunities, activity history, and attachments can all migrate, and we run it as a mapped migration with a dry run into a sandbox portal first so you can validate before cutover. The parts that need decisions rather than technology are custom objects, complex sharing rules, and heavily customized Apex logic, which sometimes need to be rebuilt as HubSpot workflows rather than moved as-is.
What does being a HubSpot Solutions Partner actually mean?
It means we implement HubSpot as a recognized Solutions Partner. What it does not change is whose side of the table we sit on: you hire us to implement, and we regularly recommend the cheaper tier or the native integration when that is the honest answer.
Do you replace our marketing agency in HubSpot?
No. We build the system layer: the sync, the help desk, the data model, the reporting. If a marketing team runs campaigns in the same portal, our work gives them cleaner lists and revenue attribution that reconciles. Where we do run marketing, it is scoped separately on the marketing pages of this site.
