Competitors outrank us on our own products

Your product pages sit on page three. Resellers rank above you for your own brand.

What we do

We make you visible where buyers actually look now: search results, AI answers, and paid placements, measured in revenue rather than clicks.

Every change to the site needs a developer

Your catalog, your pricing rules and your sales channels all grew. The theme underneath them did not.

What we do

We build Shopify stores, replatform brands from Magento, WooCommerce and the rest, and automate shipping all the way up to live LTL freight at checkout.

Wholesale still runs on email and spreadsheets

Your best customers reorder by emailing somebody a list, and somebody types it in. The next market would just mean more of the same.

What we do

We open the growth doors: a real B2B portal with customer pricing and terms, and international selling with currency, duties and delivery set up properly.

70%
less time per wholesale claim
48%
faster ticket resolution

Support asks for the order number every time

Your agents work in one tab and your store in another, so every reply starts by asking for something the customer already sent.

What we do

We wire the help desk to real order data, so routine tickets answer themselves and your team approves AI-drafted replies instead of writing them.

What we connect

If your business runs on an ERP, a CRM or a B2B platform, your store should be talking to it. We wire them together, and the line under each system is what moves between the two: no retyping, no exports, no end-of-day spreadsheet.

the problem

Dealer claims landed in people's personal inboxes. Nobody could see a dealer's history, or say how long a case had been open.

what we did

We moved every claim into one shared queue, connected it to Shopify, and put the order on the same screen as the reply.

How we work

Five steps, in order. Nothing gets built before the price is agreed, and you can walk away after step two if the number is wrong for you.

  1. 01

    Audit

We go through your store and your systems, and list every place the same work is done twice.

You get: a ranked list of what to fix

  2. 02

    Map

We agree which field goes where, in writing, before anyone writes code.

You get: a written scope and a fixed price

  3. 03

    Build

We build against your real products, prices and rules. Never a demo catalog.

You get: a store you can test yourself

  4. 04

    Migrate

We move your customers, order history and price lists, then run both systems side by side.

You get: a switch-over with nothing lost

  5. 05

    Support

We watch the connection, fix what breaks, and extend it as your catalog grows.

You get: the same team, after go-live

Step one costs nothing.

We are not right for everyone

Most agency sites say they can do anything. Here is the honest version, so you can rule us out in thirty seconds instead of after a discovery call. We do our best work for growing DTC brands, manufacturers and wholesalers who have hit the ceiling of their current platform.

talk to us if

  • Your store has to talk to an ERP, a CRM or a POS, and it does not
  • You sell wholesale and retail from the same catalog
  • Apps are holding the store together, and it is getting worse
  • You want a fixed price in writing, not an hourly meter
  • You would rather have five senior hours than twenty junior ones

look elsewhere if

  • You need a logo, a brand identity or a campaign concept from scratch
  • You want the cheapest possible build, and the app count does not matter
  • You would rather pay for hours logged than results shipped
  • You have to decide this week, with no written scope

About eSolve

Who we are and who we work with.

What does eSolve do?We build Shopify stores, and we connect them to the systems behind them.

eSolve is an e-commerce solutions agency that works exclusively on Shopify. We build and migrate Shopify storefronts, B2B portals on Shopify Plus, shipping and freight automation, the integrations that connect a store to its ERP and CRM, growth marketing, and a customer success layer built on HubSpot, for online retailers, D2C brands, and B2B distributors. Every service is scoped around e-commerce outcomes: conversion rate, average order value, retention, and B2B reorder frequency.

What is a Shopify expert, and how do you evaluate one?An agency with live stores you can visit and clients who will take your call.

A Shopify expert is a developer or agency with proven, verifiable delivery on the platform: live stores you can visit, named clients who will take a reference call, and partner status you can check in Shopify's own directory. Evaluate on evidence, not claims: ask to see a store like yours, ask what broke on a past project and how it was handled, and ask who does the work after the sales call. eSolve is a Shopify Partner with published case studies for every service we sell, and the people who scope your project are the people who build it.

Does eSolve only work with e-commerce companies?Yes. E-commerce only, nothing else.

eSolve serves e-commerce businesses exclusively. Our entire delivery team, tooling, and process are built around Shopify and the growth stack that supports online retail and B2B commerce. We do not take on service businesses, agencies, or general marketing engagements outside of e-commerce.

Is eSolve a certified Shopify partner?Yes, an official Shopify Partner, specializing in Shopify Plus.

The team has been vetted by Shopify, has partner-level support and roadmap visibility, and escalates through partner channels when a client issue needs Shopify's own engineers. Our other accreditations are listed on the partners page.

What industries within e-commerce does eSolve specialize in?Twelve of them, from pet nutrition to building materials to B2B wholesale.

eSolve has dedicated practices across 12 e-commerce verticals: pet nutrition, wholesale and distribution (B2B), outdoor and sporting goods, building materials, specialty coffee and beverage, beauty and personal care, apparel and fashion, home and furniture, professional training and certification, manufacturers and industrial equipment (B2B), health and wellness, and consumer electronics and gadgets. Every vertical has live client work and category-specific case studies.

Where we work

Five regions, each in local business hours.

What regions does eSolve serve?North America, the UK, Europe, MENA, and Australia and New Zealand.

eSolve serves e-commerce businesses across five regions: North America (United States and Canada), the United Kingdom, MENA (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and the wider Gulf), Australia and New Zealand, and continental Europe. Our team is timezone-distributed so that client work in each region is delivered during local business hours, not handed off across time zones.

Does eSolve work with North American e-commerce brands?Yes, across the US and Canada, in USD and CAD.

Our North America practice covers Shopify and Shopify Plus builds, B2B portal development, customer success builds on HubSpot, and growth marketing. We support US sales tax and Canadian GST/HST/PST configurations, and integrations with North American 3PLs, ERPs, and payment gateways.

Does eSolve serve e-commerce businesses in the UK?Yes, with UK VAT, Royal Mail, DPD, Klarna and Trustpilot set up properly.

eSolve has an active UK practice. Our UK clients span fashion, beauty, health, pet nutrition, and B2B wholesale. We work in GMT/BST hours for UK-based clients regardless of their region preference.

Does eSolve work with e-commerce brands in MENA (UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the Gulf)?Yes, including Arabic storefronts, right-to-left layouts and Gulf payment methods.

eSolve has a dedicated MENA practice serving e-commerce brands in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and the wider Gulf region. We build bilingual Shopify stores with English and Arabic content, regional payment gateways (Tabby, Tamara, PayTabs, Stripe MENA), and shipping logic for local carriers. Most of our MENA engagements are launches or relaunches of D2C and B2B brands serving Gulf consumers.

Does eSolve work with Australian and New Zealand e-commerce brands?Yes, in AUD and NZD, with Afterpay, Zip and Australian carriers.

eSolve has an Australia and New Zealand practice. We build Shopify stores configured for GST handling and Australian carrier integrations (StarTrack, Sendle, Australia Post). Our ANZ work spans fashion, outdoor, health, and B2B wholesale.

Does eSolve serve e-commerce businesses across Europe?Yes, multi-currency and multi-language across Europe, from one Shopify admin.

eSolve serves e-commerce brands across continental Europe through a Shopify Markets approach to multi-currency, multi-language selling. We configure VAT by country, SEPA and iDEAL payments, GDPR-compliant data flows, and multi-language storefronts for brands selling pan-European.

Working with us

Cost, access, timing, and how to start.

How does eSolve integrate Shopify and HubSpot? We sync customers, orders, deals and revenue between the two, both ways.

The integration enables CRM-driven email and sales workflows that respond to actual Shopify order behavior: post-purchase sequences triggered by product category, win-back campaigns tied to last order date, and B2B sales handoff when a wholesale account places a qualifying order. This is one of eSolve's core service offerings and runs as a standalone engagement or as part of a larger Shopify build.

How much does an e-commerce project with eSolve cost?Every project is quoted against a written scope, after a free 30-minute call.

The honest answer depends on what actually drives effort: catalog size, how many systems connect and in which directions data flows, B2B requirements like company accounts and price lists, and how much is build versus ongoing growth work. Every engagement begins with a free assessment, and we provide fixed-scope quotes rather than open-ended hourly billing.

What access do you need to our store, and can we revoke it?Read-only access for an audit, and you can switch it off yourself in one click.

For an audit, a read-only collaborator account on Shopify is enough, plus view access to Google Analytics and Search Console if you want the tracking and SEO sections to mean anything. Read-only means we can see your setup and cannot change it. For build work we need a staff account with the specific permissions the scope requires, and nothing beyond it. You revoke any of it from your Shopify admin at any time, without asking us. We do not install anything on your store during an audit, and we do not export customer data.

Will you be touching our store during Black Friday and peak season? No. We freeze changes around your peak, and agree the dates in writing.

We freeze non-essential deploys in the run-up to your peak period, whether that is Black Friday and Cyber Monday, a seasonal launch, or a wholesale ordering window. During the freeze we still monitor the sync and fix anything that breaks, because uptime is not a feature you pause. Anything that is not urgent waits until the window closes, which is also why we schedule migrations and replatforms well clear of Q4.

How do I start a project with eSolve?Book the free 30-minute call. A written scope and quote follow within five business days.

Submit a request through the contact form or pricing page and we will book a discovery call. On the call we review your current platform, the commercial goals you want to hit, and the friction points blocking you from getting there. There is no pitch deck and no obligation to proceed.

[ shopify_experts ]

Not sure what is broken? We will tell you, free.

Book a 30-minute call, or send us your store for a free audit. Either way you leave with a ranked list of what to fix first, in writing. No pitch deck, no obligation.

You talk to the people doing the work. Not a sales layer.
