Source and measurement notes

Source: Google Search Console, accessed through Ahrefs. Google web search, all countries and devices. Both periods contain 91 days. Impressions measure appearances in search results, not visits or revenue. The figures report observed performance and do not establish which individual changes caused it.

The Challenge

A specialist purchase comes with important questions: what is included, which accessories are needed and whether the right product is available. Missing products and inconsistent information could interrupt the buying journey.

Behind the store, one catalog served several businesses. The team needed a reliable way to select this store’s range while keeping its product presentation relevant to its own customers.

The Solution

The work centered on helping buyers understand the purchase and helping the team keep the right products online. Product information, publishing and campaign planning were considered together, so customer interest had a clearer destination.

Make the purchase clear

Product packages were updated to explain what came with the purchase. The specialist store kept its own descriptions and imagery, helping customers understand the product without information carried over from a different brand.

Give interest a relevant destination

Campaign planning focused on the product’s use in real life and a direct path to the specialist collection. The goal was to help interested shoppers explore a relevant range without being diverted into unrelated products.

Keep the right range online

We added a dedicated publishing choice to the shared product workflow. Staff could select products for this storefront in the same place they managed the wider catalog, reducing reliance on a separate import process.
