See how support is really doing.
Ticket volume, response times and customer satisfaction in one place, so you know what to fix before the queue gets worse.
- Workload and queue health
- Speed that matches your promise
- Satisfaction you can act on
- Topics that keep coming back
Built around your business
You should not need a spreadsheet to know if support is okay.
- 01
“We only notice problems when customers complain.”
Waiting times and reopen rates should be visible before they become reviews.
- 02
“Every report takes someone half a day.”
Pulling volume, SLAs and satisfaction by hand means the numbers arrive too late to act on.
- 03
“We cannot tell which topics are eating the team.”
Without topic and channel views, hiring and automation guesses stay expensive.
Clear numbers your team can use.
Dashboards tied to the same desk your agents work in, not a separate spreadsheet nobody trusts.

Customer Support Dashboards and Reporting FAQs
What do support dashboards usually show?
Open and closed volume, first-response and resolution time, SLA misses, customer satisfaction, reopen rate and the topics or channels creating the most work. The useful set is the one your leaders will check weekly.
Is this the same as business reporting and AI?
No. Commerce reporting at /integrations/reporting-ai answers sales, margin and inventory questions. Support dashboards answer how the help desk is performing and where customers need better answers.
Do we need HubSpot for this?
Most of our support reporting sits on HubSpot Service Hub because tickets, surveys and order context already live there. If you stay on Zendesk or another desk, we still connect Shopify context and define the measures that matter before building charts.
How soon can we see useful numbers?
Once the desk has clean stages and owners, a first dashboard set usually lands in the same engagement as help desk setup. We refine topics and surveys after a few weeks of real tickets.
Will this tell us whether AI is helping?
Yes. We track how many conversations resolve without a person, handoff quality and reopened tickets so AI coverage is judged against your starting point, not a vendor slide.
Know where support needs help.
Bring a week of tickets or your current reports. We will show which measures matter and what to fix first.
